France with Benefits - Part 2

Claude Monet's gardens in Giverny. We spent a lovely day here and were amazed at how much his gardens with lillipads, Japanese bridge and rivers actually resembled his watercolour paintings. Very nice place.
By the way, Jerry's dad, Morty, was wrong. Monet doesn't need glasses and isn't nearsighted. Everything actually is blurry! (my fellow Seinfeld lovers will understand).

France with Benefits - Part 1

Hi all:

Since it's problematic adding photos on this site, for my own ease I've separated them into three different blogs so make sure to check out the other blogs.

These pics are of our time in and around Avignon and the phenomenal apartment we landed with an incredibly nice and charming hostess. We also scored 1st class train tickets which was very much needed after a long flight. We definitely had an amazing time, eating, shopping exploring the area and taking it all in. Our apartment and garden was so relaxing and peaceful - what a find! We couldn't have asked for more.
